After a 2020 edition organised in a digital format, a new edition of Human Capital Europe (HCE) will take place next November 16th, in a physical format, at the European Convention Center Luxembourg (ECCL). After a day of conferences and good practices shared by local and international experts, the traditional and long-awaited Luxembourg HR Awards ceremony will be held during the HR One Gala Dinner, where 10 prizes will be awarded.

These awards recognize the best local HR initiatives and best practices, while participating in the emulation of a constantly changing sector. This year, 10 prizes will reward professionals from Luxembourg.

HR Digital Partner of the Year Award [NEW]

Rewards a HR digital partner (service provider or consultant) who is seen as a trusted partner and who supports a company in transforming traditional business processes towards a more data-driven approach, bringing exceptional customer experiences.

Learning & Development Award [NEW]

Rewards innovative HR services in supporting clients in training, learning & development, ensuring a better human skills workforce, representing a leveraging of technology, innovation and human capital.

Recruitment Agency of the Year Award [NEW]

Rewards a recruitment agency with outstanding financial and digital performances that enhances the sector's overall reputation, expands hiring abilities that are strategic and effective, and promotes greater standards and professionalism.

EU Rising HR Tech [NEW]

Rewards European startups with emerging and growing HR technological innovations, leveraging the use of artificial intelligence within the organization, offering HR solutions to deliver a flexible and streamlined work model, continuous growth of human capital and improving the HR value chain, a more diverse, unified and successful workforce.

Human Focused CEO Award [NEW]

Rewards a CEO who empowers the importance of employee engagement and staff recognition in order to foster productivity, employee well-being, and the overall success of the organization, which drive effective business sustainability and the achievement of such a corporate culture.

HR Manager of the Year Award

Rewards a human capital leader in the broad sense for his/her strategy and projects, alignment with the different departments and the results obtained. As a privileged partner of the CEO and the company's various leaders, his/her contribution to collective performance, innovation and employee wellbeing also influences the company's image.

People Experience Award

Rewards the overall strategy or philosophy dedicated to improving the employee experience during all stages of the employee-employer relationship cycle, positively influencing talent attraction and retention, personal well-being and achievement, and even customer satisfaction.

Onboarding Excellence Award

Rewards the HR philosophy related to the successful integration and socialization of new employees, as well as the projects or tactical processes put in place to facilitate the acquisition of knowledge and corporate culture by newcomers.

Talent & Competence Management Award

Rewards the HR department's holistic approach to talent management: detection, assessment and development, tailored training offer, as well as mastering talent and essential skills planning to create value for the company in the future.

CSR Initiative of the Year Award

Recognizes a CSR initiative (humans' rights, health, safety, well-being, diversity, gender balance, recruitment, onboarding, incomes, training & mobility, employability) offering an added value to both the company and the society generally speaking.
