Our client, an international industrial group listed on the stock exchange, is looking for a HR Payroll Officer (W/M) to join its dynamic Human Resources Department in Luxembourg.


Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will have a broad range of responsibilities including: 

- Managing payroll transactions for BENELUX, and other requested countries

- Ensuring payroll transactions are accurate and processed in time for all locations

- Regular time management and payroll audit to maintain accurate data and compliance 

- Ensuring related HR systems are kept up-to-date 

- Being the point of contact for all payroll questions, records and procedures



- You hold a bachelor degree

- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position

- You are fluent in French and English. Any other language is considered as an asset

- You have strong analytical and critical thinking skills with good communication skills

- You have knowledge of BENELUX payroll legislation, and proficient with SAP & ProTime

- You are highly motivated, good at multitasking, you can adapt easily and always respect deadlines
